Auction #1 – May 18th-25th – will feature over 1,500 pieces of Waterford Crystal to be sold ONLINE ONLY through LiveAuctioneers.com and HiBid.com platforms.

Online Bidding OPENS, Sunday, May 18th and will have a LIVE close Sunday, May 25th @ 5pm with competitive bidding through our two online platforms (links found below).

Local pick-up of purchases will be available Wednesday, May 28th from 10am-5pm. Otherwise shipping arrangements will be made on all purchases not picked up at the buyers expense with World-Wide Shipping Available.

Auction #2 – May 18th thru June 1st – will also include Mr. Kelly’s Fine Personal Antique Furnishings, Collectibles, Oriental Rugs, Baby Grand Piano, Paintings, Automobile, and Home Effects. This will be a TIMED ONLINE ONLY Auction on the Hibid.com platform.

Local pick-up of purchases will be available Tuesday, June 3rd from 10am-5pm. All Furnishings and larger items will be pick-up ONLY from the home in Olean, NY. Smaller items may have arrangements made for shipping at the buyers expense with World-Wide Shipping Available.

AUCTION TERMS: Payments can be made by Cash or Known Check (Out of Area buyers must furnish Bank Letter of Credit Made to United Auctions for purchases over $1,000usd) by those wishing to at pick-up dates – Please email us at unitedauctions@hotmail.com to advise us of your payment method. Otherwise all payments will be automatically processed by the credit card the buyer furnishes at registration online if we do not receive such email from you within 24hrs of the close of the auction.

25% Buyers Premium – 8% New York State Sales Tax applied to ALL (even items shipped out of state) purchases unless a valid NYS sales tax form is filled out on the online platform or furnished to us at time of pick-up and payment.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WHERE IS with no Guarantees Expressed or Implied. While we strive to include any apologies that items may have, an absence of condition report doesn’t imply perfect condition. However nearly all of the Waterford Crystal is in excellent condition and many but not all pieces have boxes as noted in the description. Carter nor United Auctions are experts in the field and we do not guarantee the names of the pieces given nor that these are the 100% correct original boxes although we feel they are. Descriptions were provided by names on the boxes and out of the catalogue given by Mr. Kelly. SHIPPING –  Shipping and local pick-up is available for all crystal in Auction #1.

Shipping on Smaller (less than 24″x24″ boxes) items is available for auction #2, all other items and Furnishings are PICK-UP ONLY NO SHIPPING.

Auctioneers may be able to accommodate alternative pick-up times scheduled in ADVANCE of actual pick-up dates for buyers of larger quantities of items.
